Clash: Gar vs. Terra

**Full View Please!!**

It was as if time had stopped. No traffic, no breeze, none of the city night sounds were alive this evening. Something was up.
Gar’s large eyes narrowed, his ears twitching for sound. A shadow stepped into the glare of the highway lights. Not even her shoes clattered against the concrete.
The grey cat gasped and pointed a finger towards the approaching opponent. “You!”
The figure paused, her large round ears perked towards Gar. “Is that you, cat?”
“Who else would be out here at this time of night?” Gar stood in the middle of the street and spread his arms wide. “You’re not getting through this time.”
“Let me pass cat. I’ve had a long night. It’ll be easier on you.”
Gar studied the porcupine, noticing that many of her quills that protruded from her tail were missing. She had gotten into a fight already. With who? It didn’t matter.
“You’re going to have to go through me,” Gar said, his thumb jabbing towards his chest.
Terra suddenly darted forward, her quills streaked back, a mere blur of a shadow in the glare of streetlights. Gar growled. “Be prepared for my epic tail swipe!”
His 30-foot tail swung towards the running porcupine. She threw her staff aside and grabbed the tail, twisting it around and stepping on his tail ring.
“OW! Get off me!” Snakey groaned. “You’re going to get it if you don’t!”
Terra frowned, ignoring Snakey. “Bad move Gar. Bad move.” Her eyes glowed a greenish blue with her wristbands. Her left hand came forward and the highway underneath Gar’s feet split apart, chunks tearing from its tough framework and floating upwards.
“NOT QUITE!” Gar jumped upwards, his palms sparking with electrical current. “Watch out Terra.”
Terra’s eyes narrowed. “Bring it on kitty. Do your worst.”

This was a picture of firsts really. First time I’ve ever drawn my fan character with someone else’s, first time I’ve attempted a highway scene (which sucks but it was fun anyways ) and the first time I’ve ever used another media in a picture besides Prismacolors and gel pens. THAT was fun

I’ve only drawn Gar once before and geez he was so much easier here without a birthday hat on!! I screwed up his left hand but thank God the lightning covers most of it
